Radical Future(s): Spaces, Systems, and Shared Futures A multidisciplinary panel on placemaking, systems design, and collective identity
From place to policy, this conversation examines how design and systems shape who we are—and how we can reimagine them for collective, equitable futures.
Goals & Objectives
By centering diverse perspectives, we seek to amplify voices historically marginalized in design discourse, build networks across disciplines, and cultivate the creative courage needed to shape more just and imaginative futures.
Attendees will gain:
Insight into how systems and spaces impact belonging and identity-making.
Examples of placemaking that challenge erasure and center equity.
Tools for cross-sector collaboration toward collective futures.
